He came and he took his time, he was very thorough, very informative. I have more information from Dan then I have from any tech that has came to help. He didn't rush and just give me a Band-Aid solution. He told me how to actually fix what was causing the problem. He also informed me of things that were going to cause problems in the future and how to prevent them. I've tried several companies for different appliances that have broke over the years and I will absolutely 100% go back to cache appliance.

Cache Appliance was good to work with. I was able to set up the appointment via text message, which was wonderful for me since I am hard-of-hearing. They got me on the schedule the next day. The office communicated really well including when they were on their way. The tech, Carson, was knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job and let me watch (I was fascinated with the process). He is a good communicator and gave me options. Overall enjoyable experience. I value tradespeople and their skill so was comfortable with the pricing. There was a time I wouldn't have been able to afford to even call them. Totally grateful that I now can.

How soon can you look at my washer?

We book repairs Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Call or text (435) 465-5962 and we'll give you the next opening.

Is it worth repairing my washer or should I replace it?

A lot of washer problems, like pumps, lid switches, door boots, and inlet valves, are reasonable repairs. We'll give you an upfront estimate and tell you honestly if a newer machine makes more sense. If you do replace it, ENERGY STAR's washer guide is a good place to compare efficient models.

What washer brands do you repair?

All major brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, and Bosch, and many more.

My front-loader smells. Can you help?

Usually, yes. The smell tends to come from a dirty door boot, a clogged drain pump filter, or water that isn't draining all the way. We check those first. Leaving the door open between loads helps too.

What should I do before you get here?

If it's leaking, turn off the water valves behind the washer. If it's showing an error code, write it down so we can start there. If clothes are stuck in a full drum, bail out what water you can and leave the rest to us.

Is your washer repair work under warranty?

Yes. Our repairs come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, and the service call is covered for 30 days. If the same issue comes back because of our work, we'll return and make it right.

Do you repair commercial washers?

No. We work on residential appliances only, including household washers and dryers of all major brands.

Will a repair affect my manufacturer's warranty?

Our repairs are done in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, so your coverage is preserved.
