He came and he took his time, he was very thorough, very informative. I have more information from Dan then I have from any tech that has came to help. He didn't rush and just give me a Band-Aid solution. He told me how to actually fix what was causing the problem. He also informed me of things that were going to cause problems in the future and how to prevent them. I've tried several companies for different appliances that have broke over the years and I will absolutely 100% go back to cache appliance.

Cache Appliance was good to work with. I was able to set up the appointment via text message, which was wonderful for me since I am hard-of-hearing. They got me on the schedule the next day. The office communicated really well including when they were on their way. The tech, Carson, was knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job and let me watch (I was fascinated with the process). He is a good communicator and gave me options. Overall enjoyable experience. I value tradespeople and their skill so was comfortable with the pricing. There was a time I wouldn't have been able to afford to even call them. Totally grateful that I now can.

Is it worth repairing my dryer or should I replace it?

Most dryer repairs, like belts, rollers, heating elements, and thermal fuses, are straightforward. We'll give you an upfront estimate and tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.

What dryer brands do you repair?

All major brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, and Bosch, and many more.

Why does my dryer keep blowing the thermal fuse?

A thermal fuse usually blows because the dryer is running too hot, most often from a restricted vent. Replacing the fuse without fixing the airflow means it will likely blow again, so we check the vent path as part of the repair. The U.S. Fire Administration has good tips on keeping dryers safe.

What should I do while I wait for the repair?

Clean the lint screen and check that the vent hose behind the dryer isn't crushed or kinked. If it smells hot or like something is burning, stop using it and unplug it until we can take a look.

Is your dryer repair work under warranty?
