He came and he took his time, he was very thorough, very informative. I have more information from Dan then I have from any tech that has came to help. He didn't rush and just give me a Band-Aid solution. He told me how to actually fix what was causing the problem. He also informed me of things that were going to cause problems in the future and how to prevent them. I've tried several companies for different appliances that have broke over the years and I will absolutely 100% go back to cache appliance.

Absolutely first rate! After we discovered our washer was leaking water, my wife called Cache Appliance to have it looked at. Josh showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to order parts, but the parts he ordered were of higher quality than the originals. The quote was fast, honest and fair. Josh was super friendly. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend I'd known for years. If we need any sort of appliance repair in the future, Cache Appliance will be my first choice. Cache Appliance was good to work with. I was able to set up the appointment via text message, which was wonderful for me since I am hard-of-hearing. They got me on the schedule the next day. The office communicated really well including when they were on their way. The tech, Carson, was knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job and let me watch (I was fascinated with the process). He is a good communicator and gave me options. Overall enjoyable experience. I value tradespeople and their skill so was comfortable with the pricing. There was a time I wouldn't have been able to afford to even call them. Totally grateful that I now can.
